Supervision Services

I'm excited to offer individualized, strengths-based clinical supervision for Licensed Social Workers (LSWs) and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) in Illinois who are working toward their LCSW or LCPC credential.

I offer a structured space to deepen your clinical skills, strengthen case conceptualization, and integrate evidence-informed approaches into your work. Whether you are completing required supervision hours or simply want additional support, I am committed to helping you build confidence, clarity, and competence in your role as a social worker.

How often would we meet?

Illinois requires LSWs and LPCs meet with their supervisor "for at least 4 hours each month," so we would meet weekly on average.

How would we connect?

Primarily via Zoom or over the phone, unless distance allowed us to meet in person. In addition to weekly meetings, supervisees are also welcome to reach out via text or email in between sessions if a crisis arises or they need urgent guidance regarding a case before our next scheduled meeting. Clients' mood, behavior, and circumstances can change quickly and without notice. I promise to help you navigate clinical situations as quickly and in depth as possible so you don't feel isolated in your care and concern for your client's wellbeing.

Price?

In Illinois, an hour of individual supervision is usually priced between $50 and $200+. I charge $30/hour or $120/month assuming we meet four times. Graduate school is expensive and social work jobs often don't pay what they should, so I don't want clinical supervision to be another financial stressor. Plus, I really enjoy being a supervisor/mentor to folks entering our field. If I didn't have a young child, I'd likely supervise for free, but I hope my pricing is a good reflection of how therapists try to balance helping others while not ignoring their own needs.
